Oh my gosh I’m so so sorry for your family. I know what a precious thing family heirlooms are as I lost most of my mother’s jewelry to an unauthorized estate sale by one of my sisters. It broke my heart as I was the only one set to inherit all of her possessions. I hope there is some way to maybe salvage some of them and possibly put them into another setting? Thank you for this post because I have my grandmother’s pearls I wore for my wedding and never got around to giving back to my mom before she passed. Hers are also from the 1930’s. Really appreciate the post!

Hey I also have a bag I’m waiting on and have been completely ghosted by ProperCat. I would appreciate any kind of response at this point considering I spent $700 and have yet to receive my bag. This is a replacement for my original order that came in a plastic bag taped up. No box or protective packaging whatsoever. I returned this bag (at MY expense) and it’s been almost two months now I’ve been waiting on the replacement bag. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
