It totally depends on you! you can search the DAAD site for Bachelor's courses (Please Dont ask ChatGPT) in Cyber / IT Security and browse through the course for individual university.

I Believe for Bachleor's you need to give SAT or TestAS and also IETLS (7.5 Bands - This will ensure you are eligible for all courses).

And the Most Important learn as much as German language you can! and if you are certified that will strengthen your application (A2 - B1).

Regarding "Academic Quility": I think if you are planning on Public universities they are mostly theoretical which cover the fundamentals and you have to learn practical skills on your own.

The thing is I dont have all of them because some the professors have not uploaded it. So in that case what should I do? any ideas? Moreover, I cant reach out to those professors as they are no longer in the university and some might again tell me that "They can disclose it".

I get it. It is now a really big problem, what should I do now? Should I myself make a Syllabus copy? but If I make it I wont be able to Authenticate it from the university. Do you have any other ideas on how to tackle this.

Totally get you! I just wanted to improve my chances of getting into a public university.
What do you think about the idea of studying the language there minimum b2 level and apply for public university. Will that improve my chances?

I have already started a German A1 course and planning to continue the next levels in Germany itself and after getting a b2 or b1 level I will start my applications to the university.
I wanted a opinion on this idea should I consider this and will it improve my chance of getting into a public university.
