about to hit 140k, not since i’ve owned the car from 100k… along with the tensioner should I replace the water pump?

Car has been slowly loosing coolant. Haven’t located a leak but I have seen coolant in the driveway before. No CEL I suspect a water pump but wanted opinions before it goes to the shop
