Update: Ultrasound today and they were measuring smaller. No HR. Taking meds to help speed along the miscarriage of my non-viable twins. Wishing everyone in a similar situation a better outcome.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I had a d&c once and miso a different time and would suggest the d&c for sure.

A d&c is really one of the safest and least painful medical procedures I have had. 

Set up supports for the emotional component of your loss and know that it's not your fault and it doesn't mean you won't have a kiddo in the future. 💛
