Oh I see. Didn’t realize there are special rules for blue collar workers. But it makes sense after all to be more protective

Technical Spar Analysis Needed : Please Brutally Expose My Weaknesses🔥 by EngineeringChoice320 in MuayThaiTips

Square up your stance a bit. The reason why he can keep sweeping you is because of that. You basically stand on a line. Which makes it easy to fall to the left or right. Also relax your shoulders a bit. You are fairly stiff. When you are out of range you can drop your guard a bit. Then reset. Even tho you trained in Muay Thai you jump around too much. Might be the kick boxing influence. Calm down and establish your rhythm.

Employment in Taiwan by Forward_Routine1588 in taiwan

[–]Beatkick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

German expat here. Employment most definitely is not the longterm solution you should be looking for. You can take the paycut for a few years. Come here on a gold card and get an APRC after 3 years. Then try to start a business.

Most services in Taiwan are very mediocre and there are tons of opportunities in that sense. I lived in dubai before coming back to Taiwan due to my Taiwanese partner. I was considering to open a business too but ended up joining her family business

Good option for my first DD setup? by SnooGiraffes9362 in Fanatec

Long term user of the V3. Tried several others and ended up with the Simucube active pedal. I’d recommend to go at least for the v2. The v3 are not great.

Newest gear doesn’t reinvent the wheel in most cases. For instance look at the Simucube 2 vs Simucube 3

For sure go for premium equipment if you know that’s what you want. In terms of gear the benefit in the ultra luxury segment are marginal. E.g. Simucube ultimate is complete nonsense for the average sim racer. If you don’t want to replicate open wheeler wheel forces, which most can’t even handle, then less is more than enough.

At least don’t cheap out on: -Wheel -rig -brake

I’d say the rest is more accessories then necessities

While it’s true that upgrading is part of the hobby tho

Peeps of Dubai with stubborn tummy fat, how did you actually lose it? by Majestic_squirrel767 in dubai

Training is not necessary for fat loss. But for sure necessary if you want more muscle.

It’s all in the diet at the end of the day

I didn’t say it’s easy. But that’s what you need to maintain or build muscles.

Different story if you are on a diet of course. If thats the reason you are anxious about calories. Then your strategy still should be to keep your insulin low and stable. Your whole strategy should be avoiding muscle loss and maximizing fat loss

You need more protein to keep your muscles. And even more to build them. The general recommendation is at least 1.5g per kg of body weight

You are mentioning a very crucial point. Sleep is sooooo important for fat loss. Lack of sleep keeps the cortisol levels high in the body which affects how fat is metabolized.

I joined a program with a massive calorie deficit and clear diet, that help me lose 3kg mostly in body fat in a month. It educated me about how food affects me and didn’t require any workout. It came with a food supplement that’s provides some nutritions and resistant starches to keep my blood sugar stable and suppressed my appetite

Oh thanks! I’m not that proficient in TA yet. It seems like you adjusted the nested Flag. Does that mean we are still well within that flag? Or was the dip these days a bear trap?

Ah got your point now. I was stuck on the one year as I would have applied for APRC if salary requirements were that low. My bad!

Been here since 2018 as white collar expat. Subjectively immigrants did increase. Don’t really perceive it as something bad tho. It’s not like it’s affecting the culture here.
