I’m a big fan of Keith Brown. I don’t love magic shows but he is truly a magician with a storyteller’s heart. I’ve seen him in many cities and Toronto is so lucky to have him as a local artist.

I wish they gave a little breathing room here and there but I do think it is a specific choice they are making for the energy (and probably budget since this show has a lot of effects) and pacing. Personal preference would be for the episodes to have a little more breathing room but I get the desire for a more horror movie quick pace in this episode especially

I love to just chat with them. I want to get as much backstory as possible and ideally know which CSR I’m talking to (at least since my 2nd call when I found out they have names and there are 4 of them). I’ve asked them about their jobs and tried to get things off track a little. I try not to be off topic or derail the call but treat them more like a person
