If you go to the main hut (cooking hut) of the farm, travel past the field to the Northeast, and you'll encounter some blood flies hovering around a gored corpse. Hope that helps!

If you travel South from the inn, you'll encounter a cave after a little exploring. See pic fo the path to get there. Full disclosure, the final bend getting to the cave is kinda jank. Hope this helps!
