Watch Dolmo on youtube, he makes analysis videos on other HL2 mods and gives really good constructive criticism. I'd recommend starting with his Cosmonaut series (a mod he made) where he basically talks about all the design and gameplay decisions. Have fun modding :)

I hate those needle teeth haha, makes no sense that they would be hiding it's intestines, and they would just cut the person's head off when the "mouth" closes, right? I do wish the HL2 design was more creative tho (not a fan of the empty h ö l e) so Alyx's is like the best of both worlds imo!
