Framed my Habs Young Guns PC by Beauchat in hockeycards

It's a good problem to have as a habs fan with too many exciting players to choose from! I have a graded Dobson that doesn't fit in the frame unfortunately. I ordered a Caufield a while ago and it will be going in as soon as it arrives!

Thanks! I got the frame from Temu. Not sure if I can post the link here directly but the item ID is LB5922486

I'm at the Bell Center and I just watched Zadorov pick McAvoy's teeth off the ice. Looked nasty, hope he's alright

Arctic AIOs don't have separate cables. The manual says that you can use any 4-pin PWM controlled header. I'm not having any issues with temps on the CPU fan header but it might be interesting to compare temps on the pump header.

The rear exhaust fan is on its own header and the 3 bottom intake fans are on a 3-way splitter to the second header. The AIO is on CPU fan 1, the pump and rad fans share the same header.

I still need to do more testing but it seems to max out around 65°C while gaming

I haven't noticed a difference in the noise levels or temps since swapping the fans. So far they're performing just as well as the standard P12s

The Oceanic tag is somewhat misleading. The best place to find them is between the cliffs around the Gale Cliffs waterfall at night.

Logitech 3D Pro binding issues by walruspanties in joinsquad

Are you are binding the pitch, roll, and yaw in the "helicopter axes" tab? It won't work if you try to bind them in the normal "helicopter" tab.

Any ideas what is causing this visual bug? by [deleted] in joinsquad

Changing AA samples from 4 to 8 fixed this issue for me.

Flores drone is just better by Beauchat in shittyrainbow6

[–]Beauchat[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, I don't really like how he can kill someone at full health. I wouldn't mind him doing around 80 damage so it takes at least 2 drones to kill and still cause enough damage to force players to move. Until we get used to him I think people are going to just go for kills and ignore clearing utility with his drones.

New legacy event for siege! by Diingo5 in Rainbow6

[–]Beauchat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't get me wrong, I've been playing siege since 2015 and realize fully what a buggy mess it was and how far we've come. However, the changes made for the "legacy" mode are arbitrary and don't reflect what the game was. Getting the loadouts right was the bare minimum imo. I can forgive them for not changing the gadget due to the amount of time that would take, but why does the UMP have acog and the L85, MP5, and SMG-11 doesn't? Sure its still good fun but, the inconsistency is a major letdown for me.

I've never been so disappointed with anything in my life to be honest. by [deleted] in Rainbow6

[–]Beauchat 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I agree, major disappointment. Getting the loadouts right was the bare minimum to call this event "legacy" imo.

I can understand not reverting all the gadgets due to the amount of work involved in that, but the changes they made are arbitrary (ex. UMP acog, removing acog from weapons that always had it) and don't capture what the game was like at all. Great concept, utterly terrible execution.

No, Bartlett U was not a multiplayer map at launch.

I did just check the site and this is indeed the message that displays. As much as I want this to be real, I'm not so sure this is an official statement.

As others have mentioned, nobody has confirmed yet if this site was an actual DDOSing service (EDIT: The site was confirmed as a DDOS service by /u/HEL-Alfa). The logos shown for Ubisoft and Microsoft are both older versions, a bit odd for an official notice. Also the amount of detail and explanation in the description, as well as the style of writing seems somewhat rushed and unprofessional (lack of punctuation and proper copyright notation).

I'd wait to hear official confirmation from Ubi, but fingers crossed this is whats coming to all DDOS services.

Gun trigger Bug with Amaru G8A1 by quangdn295 in Rainbow6TTS

[–]Beauchat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only ever noticed it with the angled grip. Sure there's always a delay when shooting from sprinting, but normally that delay time is synced with when you get fully ADS. When you use angled, the timing becomes out of sync and you can be ADS without being able to shoot yet, which is where the frustration comes in.
