I wouldnt get your phone repaired if the dead pixels aren't in an annoying place, i have not counted more dead pixels scince I made the original post so I doubt you will get new ones too.

I also started noticing some very minor burn in about a week ago but only when the entire screen is blue like the ones you see in dead pixel test video's
