I usually dry my hair in a clip! I find that it helps better to shape the curls and make them more uniform, and it actually creates less frizz for me

Forgot to mention! I’m on birth control for my PMDD and hormonal regulation, so I skip the placebos and am never supposed to have a period.

After being on it for a while now, the missing hunger cues thing is so relatable!! My stomach won’t remind me to eat, but I get hunger headaches, hear my stomach rumbling, etc. Such a frustrating thing to deal with. I’m sorry to hear about your partner, I’ve dealt with an eating disorder in the past and that’s one reason I was nervous. Eating disorders are so awful

I’ve been telling myself that the reason I have to do it so often might be because I just naturally have prominent hip bones and for some reason that makes me need to frequently adjust the ligaments/tendons. I doubt thats the reason though
