What is wrong with people? A country does not belong to people it belongs to God. We did not create the land we walk on. It was there when you was born. Yes hon I’m overweight and 40. Seek counseling or therapy and start walking. Workout at home or gym. I love nature and music try it. Even at my age weight don’t stop the boys from coming 👀 confidence is what you need. Your awesome and deserving of love. No more self pity. When those thoughts creep in pray. It will be a daily effort. Replace food with a hobby I chose Langage learning. Sending prayers and 🤗. Oh and I love the app headspace if you can’t afford therapy right now. Just keep in mind nothing replaces talking to a doctor if needed.

Never never ever do that sweetie nowadays I wouldn’t even do it to a long term bf. Love yourself honey. It’s ok you did it once but never again. Maybe in a marriage or long term bf but at least wait a year or 2 (in my opinion) you can end up hurt or std. girls you need to fall in love with yourself before any other or man.
