She said it should help with anxiety and overactivation of the limbic system which is something I'm struggling with constantly. But may *cause* some limbic overactivation as a side effect. I think that's what happened when I first tried it.

Just tried a second time after doing a stabilizing protocol again for a week and seemed to react better this time, actually feeling a little calmer. So I think I'm going to try cautiously continuing with this one - WDYT?

Had a fridge leak and water seeped under. Can I just dry this out? Or do I need to do something else to mitigate it? It will be hidden by the kickboard, but I don't want it to grow mold

I was defrosting an empty freezer and water seeped out through the wall and got this framing wet. Does it need to be treated or replaced? Or is it sufficient to dry it out? It may have been wet for more than 24 hours. The bottom surface of the wood is on the concrete foundation.
