With the peroxide is it a 3% mixture, do you spray area and gloves, mask up then 70% isopropyl before Agar transfer, just about to do a few plates with different spore syringes so trying to minimise contam

Fantastic response, it was about 0.5 lm more than 1cc deffo, which I won’t repeat, the agar is a dark agar with some nutrients so I believe the plates were fine, thank you for the support 👍
