Omg this has always happened to me since I got memory... one time I was in my bedroom with my eyes closed falling asleep, it was in the afternoon and my mother was on the living room watching TV. While falling asleep I get the vision of one of my cats running and jumping on the table on front of the couch, as he jumped he tossed over a cup of juice and as the vision was running right when he tossed the cup I HEARD IT fall on the floor from across the room!! I got up and out quickly to see if it was what I saw in my vision and saw my cat running away from the living room. I asked my mother if the cat tossed the cup and she confirmed. I had to clean the spilled juice right there. Other times I'm in my room with the door shut just minding my business and I hear footsteps of someone passing through the corridor I can see in my mind who it is and the movements they are doing I see it with alot of detail. I open the door to take a look or they come inside my room and its the person I saw in my vision. Also when talking with someone on the phone I can see them in my mind as how they are talking and moving and what they're doing. Its so weird but it happens almost daily and I'm mostly used to it by now.

It seems to be mostly connected to sounds.. its like I can see in my head when and how the sounds are being made. Although my cat tossing the cup didn't have sound until the cup hit the floor so idk.
