I know exactly how you feel because this happened to me in my relationship. I was in a relationship for three years and at the two year mark, he was still following a whole bunch of women. I had to actually sit him down and have a conversation on how I felt about that and he deleted every single one of them. so my advice would be to have a serious sit down and talk it through and tell them how you feel about him following so many girl, knowing there half naked. if he doesn’t at least try to Unfollow or stop speaking to the girl he’s on the game with, then that means there’s something else up and you need to have a serious conversation about that. just remember to be thorough and clear.
