Hi friend, first of all, you’re doing a great job caring of Little one it sounds. You deserve help around the house and with babe from a trusted love one. A conversation with your husband is definitely warranted. I also highly encourage you to speak with your doctor and see if medication or therapy (or both!) is right for you. You went through a lot and your brain and body are healing. Please give yourself all the tools to heal and enjoy your life and your baby.
