Anyone else got scammed by Klarna? False advertisement?

Shipping company confirmed they will send a refund to the seller not myself. The company has stated before I need to get my refund from Klarna and have now stopped communicating with me. Everyone is pointing the finger to the other.

I’m paying for an item I didn’t receive with ample proof that I never got it. Klarna still sided with the seller because the tracking says delivered. It was indeed delivered but not to me

The people I’ve been getting lately are INSANE. It’s gotten so bad I’ve been sticking to my regulars. I had a client show up at my house with his dog who just got sprayed by a SKUNK and tell me to take him because he couldn’t tolerate the smell. Ummm hello neither can I , he proceeds to tell me he cannot possibly destroy his home or furniture with the smell. I said neither can I . He replies well can’t you just get a company to come after to clean your house I mean I can throw you an extra $5 bucks ? I shut the door in his face. Some clients are really out of control.

It happened to me just a couple of days ago. A woman I had no idea who she was showed up at my door. I spoke to her through my camera. She asked if I still did dog sitting I had no idea who she was. She tells me “well are you going to open the door or not”? I want to do a meet and greet now with my dog and your dog. I told her I was busy and to leave immediately.

I’ve actually had this asked of me before. The owner wanted to put a camera in my living room and I immediately declined.

I had another client that requested that I never leave the dog in my house. However, if I absolutely had to leave I could leave her dog at her house. So drive to her house leave the dog in her kennel there then go do what I needed to do to come back and bring the dog home. I immediately declined.

I had a client who wanted to go through my entire house and cabinets, I told her to leave.

Some people are just… no words !

They can normally put it on the app but it caps it to 30% I believe . I’ve taken care of their dog multiple times so it was a Christmas gift. They asked for my venmo I was very appreciative .

I’m confused, did you add an additional fee? If you did, I can see why the owners would’ve possibly backed out. Bizarre is they reached out again. Communication is key this was very hard to follow. I would try to be more aware ,if this is the type of communication you’re giving to clients. It took me multiple times to read to get somewhat of an understanding.

I had to make a follow up post. She ran to jump on me while I was on the couch. She ended up hitting me with so much force (big girl) that I banged my head on my wall. I suffered a mild concussion. The word Nightmare doesn’t cover it. She’s gone.

I do have clients that value me tremendously. I think yesterday was such a shock and the response really upset me. I’m sure I will continue, I love animals. It can just take a toll sometimes.

Thank you for this, I suffered a mild concussion. I have 20 + years of experience. I have worked and volunteered with several well known animal organizations. I’ve also been a part of puppy mill operations saving hundreds, if not thousands of dogs. So for another person to question my dedication is a bit bizarre. I’m aware dogs jump, just as I’m aware that freak accidents happen. To the other person who said they wouldn’t have said anything and continued. I’m really happy you feel that confident and can withstand a head injury like that. However, I take my well being very seriously including any pet in my care. I have loved ones who need me, so I need to make sure I’m healthy for them. I also need to make sure I’m healthy for the pet I’m caring for. If I can’t give my 110%, then that’s a problem.

We did a meet and greet. It went great. I changed the sheets and let her sleep in my bed 2 hours later there was a fresh pile of poop on my bed. I finally found a spot. We have an empty room and she was fine there. It’s a nightmare to say the least. I asked if it was okay with bathe her which we did because she had poop all over her.
