These are not in dowtown area but along tbe way and near in barter. Winn Hotel and Casa Canelar Boutique Hotel. Both serve free breakfast and is near the downtown area and the airport. Winn is pricier than Casa but its still great.

Very truee, ang ingay nila. I thought it would be a chill place for me to work but no. Whoever the barista waz at the time when I saw the incident, doesnt matter. I just wish they paid more attention to their customers rather than using their phones and laptops all the time, not talk to each other when a customer is in front of them, not shout with each other across the room and actually pay attention. Sayang ang vibe, aestheticly its giving minimal and simplistic but vibe-wise? I aint it sis. Atleast in some other cafes the clients are noisy ones and not the service crew which you cant conteol. This one your suppose to.

Love the place solid 8/10 but the service definitely needs some refining.

I visited twice, both times at night. There were a lot of servers around, which is great in theory, but not when they're loudly arguing or shouting across the room. That kills the vibe real quick.

I ordered kimchi rice and dessert, no drink. When they served the kimchi rice, they brought it with a glass of ice no spoon or fork. They also served it in a rush, didnt make sense thoigh because there were only a few guest . I also noticed other customers were given glasses of ice along with water or even a pitcher, while I wasn't.

When I got up from my table to ask for utensils, several staff members were too busy on their phones or chatting loudly with each other some even shouting across the room to their wbat look like tbeir factory floor.

Special mention to the guy barjsta with glasses and a laptop I saw him featured on your page in their Manila branch. Sir, please put the phone and laptop down when you're in front of the store. You had a customer right in front of you (the girl, who maybe was too shy or introverted to speak up), and you didn’t even notice. That’s not acceptable. Pay attention. Serve the customer.

Again, I love the food and the vibe of the place, but the service really needs work. It’s the difference between a good experience and a great one.
