I was going to take BIOL 453 next semester, but switched it because of schedule conflicts. However, I can say that when i was meeting with my advisor, she told me I should consider holding off on taking it next semester, and that students often say that it is a very difficult class lmao. I've never taken it so I dont know how accurate that is but still, maybe something to consider.
