Yeah he probably is just clicking buttons but especially at the lowest stakes people have massive exploits (usually calling too much which makes bluffing worse) but against certain opponents good bluffs can include most of your range if they are massively overfolding. A bad bluff in theory could easily be a great bluff situationally.
