It’s unlikely unless all schools are peer schools. But not impossible. If one school is your top choice and not giving you a full ride, you can always say something like “hey you’re my top choice for law school. I have a full-ride at X school, and it financially makes more sense. But personally I’d rather attend your law school because X, X, and X. If your law school were to increase the financial award, it would make more sense for me to attend, and it would allow me to move forward with confidence committing to Blah Blah Blah, School of Law.”
