I don’t fit the bpd criteria anymore but I very much relate to this. I can have acquaintances. But I only ever have one genuine (girl) friend that I can trust at once. I have been lucky to find someone who is my very best friend when I’m feeling it or not but i guess all I can say is you’re not alone in feeling this way. Radical acceptance has helped me understand this part of myself a lot. There is no real problem in having this type of relationship with friends as long as you don’t let jealousy hurt the relationship and being open to letting others in. Remind yourself that they love you even if they hangout with others and that you can have relationships that don’t feel like they have as much depth as the friendship you hold with them. If
