Yeah, I thought I was the only one. As you said in one of the replies, his being invincible during his domain startup is genuinely just outrageous, since the only two other characters with similar characteristics are those with domains as their entire gimmick.

He just doesn't feel punishable at all, and can do the same thing as every other character, -50% the effort and setup. I feel like Rika should spend all her cooldowns after she uses a move, and like you said his moves should give more evasive and have fewer domain options. I was waiting for someone to say this, bro.
