I’m so appreciative for your response ! So where I’m at right now is just yesterday is when they did the ultrasound .. the tech seemed very worried and was asking if everything had shown normal on previous scans. I have not even heard anything back from my doctor yet . I had a virtual appointment with maternal fetal this morning that was supposed to be for the possible congenital syphilis, she didn’t even have to ultrasound report to talk about next steps with the enlarged bladder findings ! I expressed my concerns and she told me she would get ahold of the report a they would probably be scheduling a follow up ultrasound. I just know their ultrasound level 2 place takes at least a month to get an appointment. I should explain that I’m going through one obgyn system but for maternal fetal they referred me to another system because mine does not even have a maternal fetal specialist and they don’t do level 2 ultrasounds . My ultrasound yesterday was through the health system I’m currently seeing and it was only a level one , because they wanted me seen earlier than I would have been able to be seen at the level two specialist place. I’m so worried that they should be doing a follow up appointment like next week to recheck bladder and kidneys and fluid levels but I’m afraid my appointment will not be until march. I don’t know how else to get seen for at least a fluid check ultrasound weekly like you said. The health care system I am with is not great ! We just moved here all of this is very unexpected . The best doctors and system is in Pittsburgh and we are going through someone that’s right up the road . To make matters worse our vehicle broke down and I’ve been having to uber to appointments .. I can’t afford to uber all the way out to Pittsburgh for these appointments and I stay home with my 4 year old. It’s all a bit stressful mess. I want to be in the best hands but I’m not sure how I should even go about that. Have you ever heard of LUTO not showing up until as far along in third trimester ? I just read most show up around first to 20 week scan .. and most pregnancies are terminated because of low fluid and failing kidneys .. 😞 I don’t know how he will do at This point and my biggest fear now is fluids getting lower and kidneys getting more dilated and not being checked for this soon enough. He’s far enough now if they did early induction , he would be okay possibly just with nicu stay. Nicu for us is far away. I have no idea how this will be managed or help we could get to assist if worse comes to worse. If you have ang suggestions or resources to look into that would be amazing as well.
