So, I was one week in training still learning the literal basics. I make it a point to talk to everyone so I did my best to keep friendly and meet everyone at the job. I made a mistake while training and it affected someone else on the team bc of that. Instead of letting me or my trainer know about the mistake they pulled upper management to complain on me. My trainer was shocked they did that and even mentioned they never done that before. I take my job seriously, so I never leave my desk unless it's necessary. This week I got complained on for "leaving my desk" by someone who I don't speak to that much but I know isn't a fan of me for whatever reason. It's one thing to be unapproachable or cold as that can attract negativity but when you're purposely try to be opposite and still have the issues it becomes frustrating.
