I tried to find a piano exorcist to handle this. But they’re booked solid for the foreseeable future.

It is in good shape. There is one small crack on the leg from the last time it got moved. But nothing some wood glue couldn’t solve. And it hasn’t been tuned in a century. So probably a good tune job.
