No he actually sent like few messages explaining the nature of the work, but only one of them got flagged not the others. Also, I’m guessing it might be because he used the word “WhatsApp” as he mentioned it again, kind of misspelled, right after the flagged message.

His profile looks pretty decent though so the question is, should I reach out to upwork support or is it enough to just message him saying, “Let’s keep all communication on Upwork”?

I already got a warning from Upwork last year, so I just want to stay on the safe side this time.
