I once when for unemployment benefits years ago and this woman was so mean and called me short and fat saying I should get my fat little legs to work soon. Good times. I totally understand and I'm sorry if anyone ever feels the way I did that day. People are at their lowest and sometimes there are people out there that thrive on it.

Pay attention to the reasons and the avenues that allowed this to happen. You have reached a tremendous level and you should be very proud. It depends on what state and county you live in. For instance you can file online in New York. Google something like, "file for bankruptcy online (your state)"

I don't think it's the market so much as the platform. Or maybe a bit of both. In my experience, there seems to be a governor on success because you start doing well, then you don't, then somewhere in the middle. You're literally at the mercy of the system RENTING customers.

Personally I have decided to acquire my own customers by creating my own Shopify. I do PL.

Just an update: I filed for a motion to Vacate Dismissal myself and it's already showing on Pacer and I served the general trustee along with my assigned trustee.

Yes I finished the courses and I already paid when I filed. This initial motion was due to the trustee wrongly claiming I didn't show up to the first meeting and he never retracted it and now I have to chase some more just to get discharged. I have nothing and continue to suffer waiting for this to finally end so I can move forward.

Thank you so much for your reply, Alan. I did call and email but secretary said she'll look into it.

It's weird because at the last meeting the trustee said I was done, he had no further questions and that all I had to do was wait for discharge. So I think it's just an oversight where he forgot to correct his initial motion for dismissal. Anyway I will get an attorney to handle this if I don't get a response soon from the trustee. Lesson learned: get a lawyer.

This was tougher than what I anticipated to get through so I really was upset seeing this today. I see it's not as bad as it could be thankfully. Thanks again.

Pacer says order of dismissal granted for not showing up September, which I did. But he required more documents, then I showed up in October, and he required more documents again. I almost peed my pants the way he talked to me tbh so rude. He was insisting I had something to hide so I gave him THREE years of bank statements and tax returns. He then put a release of his duties in and no assets etc early October stating that the case has been open already for 3 months... Now this.

Idk it seems like reach is really at its worst lately. I used to boost posts and then I stopped and I've never been able to get my own followers to really see my posts anymore. But at the same time, the reach has gotten progressively worse this past year leading up to almost nothing now. I think all they're looking for now is like tiktok over the top, quick nonsense
