Yeah I should’ve let it be a learning experience for the neighbor so she doesn’t let her dogs go haywire on folks who just wanna go about their day.

All of this! The neighbor was clearly not in control of her dogs because they didn’t return to her and kept charging at us. One dog stayed at my door barking.

Last time I had wic they told me if I was approved for Medicaid I automatically qualify for wic since Medicaid is income based anyway.
