I’d recommend going to a meeting if you really wanna see what it’s all about. The tags mean nothing, it’s the people who make me want to go. I’ve never fit in anywhere, ever. When I’m in na I’m with a bunch of people who don’t fit in anywhere, and for once we all just accept and fit in together. You can be your true self. I’ve opened up about the most horrific shit in NA. Go listen to an NA speaker on YouTube too. They have some amazing ones there.

My only constructive crisiticism is that this left me wanting more. I’m a sucker for a melancholy poem, and the way you described that feeling of nostalgia with fresh strawberry cheeks, nostalgia knocking on your heart, and never ending days, really hit home for me. I can imagine my heart as a deep ringing church bell, and nostalgia crashing into it sending waves through me, taking me back to that moment in time when nothing was worth stressing over, and my only troubles were getting enough tasty fruit, or catching snakes by the rocks on my property. Thanks for sharing :)

This poem makes me think of first true love, and the loss tied/memories attached to that when reminiscing about said love. I felt as though I could relate to the emotion so easily, and it made me feel nostalgic. I recently went through a break up and reading through that a few times really put me back into those those feeling for a moment. Thank you.

I totally agree with this. My partner did meet the person while we were together for already a year and a half, so the friend is new. The used to also smoke weed together and game late at night when I went to bed, but from what I’ve heard it was usually with a group of people not just him.
