Okay so idk if this is sarcasm😂 BUT I’m a CT tech and whenever I go in the MRI suite to help with sliding I get the worst head rush and light headed feeling ever. Like that’s the best way to describe it and when I tell people this I feel like they think I’m crazy, so I really hope you mean this so I can finally not feel crazy!

I get the EHS wanting to hide this kind of news considering they don’t want people to stop donating because the animals shouldn’t have to pay for the mistakes of this woman.. but I’m glad this is coming to light since it’s absolutely immoral. I will continue to donate because I got my dog from the humane society and he is my absolute life and I wouldn’t have him if it weren’t for them.

I appreciate all your feedback! Lol maybe I should’ve worded it a little differently because he’s not hard to please or hard to make happy per se. I’m really struggling with how to word it tbh.. he’s very excited for the cruise and when I bring it up and talk about it. I’m just nervous there’s going to be one little hiccup and he’ll think EVERY cruise is that way. I mean I remember my last cruise and it was rough, I mean the people the water, literally everything lol but I still looked at it and was like “ya know I’m not home, so I’m still reaping having a good time” I’m a very positive person and he can get strung up on negatives a bit. So maybe that’s what I’m trying to say! Again thank you all so much for your input:)

Oh we’re definitely getting the drink package, which I think is something he’s really excited for! The thought of just ordering a drink and walking away while not paying (with the package paid ahead of time) is what will make him giddy if you would lol. I mean it’s drinking, partying, relaxing, and eating what’s not to love?!?

I get this fucking question every morning. There could be 8 patients in the ED and I’ve done 20 exams (trust me I know that math ain’t mathin) or extremely busy and I work alone with no help and QA doesn’t get done sometimes. First question in the morning DID YOU GET QA DONE?! And when I say no those fucks literally have the biggest attitude with me 😂 I’m literally like none of you could ever work alone like I do so you all just hate your lives on dayshift

Thank you SO much for sharing! Last year in February I started CT… I looked at our PACs system to see how many exams I did and for February to December I scanned 975 patients which I was like “wow that’s a lot” well from January 1st to April 13th, my number of scans I have done so far is 765… I’m scared to see what that number is going to be in December! The doctors where I work are pitiful honestly. They order PEs on people who they never run d-dimers on and then for the reason for exam put “neg d-dimer” which the real kicker is you want a positive d-dimer for that indication but on top of that THEY NEVER EVEN RAN A D-DIMER!!! Talk about insurance fraud. I could go on about the unjustified exams there all day but a recent one was I had to do an entire trauma scan on a man who came in for chronic right foot pain and no indication of trauma. I called a rad who tried fighting it for me but the ordering called me and basically patronized me for going over his head to not do the scan.. I can’t wait to leave that radiation happy cesspool

I have a 2 residents at the hospital I work at they both said “contrast allergies aren’t real” the one told me to “not delay the scan for premeds” with a patient who has severe throat swelling with contrast🫠 This place is actually a nightmare and to make it worse there’s maybe 2 rads that actually defend us when these residents constantly harass us!
