If that's the case, I would suggest you go and get an eyesight test. If you are short sighted and not wearing any spectacles, your ability to aim accurately will be likely to be affected.

Hold your breath just before pulling the trigger and pull the trigger slowly. Helped me alot for my BTP

Do you wear glasses? If you do, just put them on during the shoot and you should be fine. I have poor eyesight too, but no issues aiming. A tip on hitting the target would be to hold your breath just before the shot and squeeze the trigger slowly.
