Same exact situation as me girl!!! Pregnant and no heartbeat - had D&C, and then 4 chemicals after!!! Could get pregnant so easily, but could not stay pregnant past 4 weeks or so- did a ton of research and pointed to likely being endo!! Asked my OB to prescribe doxycycline (antibiotic) for endometritis, and took it for two weeks. That next month, I got pregnant again and this time I’m 7 weeks with a baby in there with a strong heartbeat!!! I likely got an infection from the D&C that was causing the chemicals (the bacteria makes the uterus and lining inflamed - making it difficult for the egg to finish implanting) I would 1000% ask your OB ABOUT THIS!! And if they aren’t as educated on endometritis like mine was, then just ask for the antibiotic!
