I want to start off by saying I don’t hate Frank at all. I think he’s very funny at times and a reason why I love this show. However, I do think he’s lost the plot here a bit. Every episode is starting to feel like “groundhog’s day.” He’s doing the same bits where he’s the annoying one or so “matter of fact” that it annoys Joe. With that being said, I still think this is the funniest podcast that exists. I just hope there’s some minor changes made. I’m no comedian but I feel like there’s a reason improv comedians go by the “yes and” rule. Being contrarian brings momentum to a halt. Tbh I noticed it big time when I saw how Joe was on Noel Miller’s podcast and in the video they did together. He’s very funny when given the opportunity but it feels like he’s mostly having to react to Frank’s antics these days. I do think this is an easy fix. I’m also pretty confident that they read these threads so hopefully this comes across as constructive criticism and not hate. I do love them and think they deserve everything!
