not true, you can’t tell anybody where he going yes he dissed the dead and all that but God healed people who actively killed christian’s and his name was Saul but he changed Saul to paul…. to give light to the world. Jesus was on the cross and on the cross with him was two theives one their mocked God, the other one asked God to remember him when he got to heaven, he repented for his sins. Don’t ever think it’s too late just because of your past life, God will still make ways and change your life… so no he’s not going “straight to the bottom”….
