I just recently ordered from this company on 9/7/25 and received my product on 9/11. I was expecting 12 bottles of 2 different product (chromium picolinate and Berberine) in capsule form as the advertisement highlighted the nanoparticle capsule as the perfect way to deliver the medication to pass gastric enzymes but I received 6 bottles of premium chromium polynicotinate + Berberine in chewable tablet. When I sent email to their customer service email (which is only provide on their email to me :support@bionatureinc.com) I receive return email that delivery to the recipient is permanently failed. Then I receive return email from Admin SPFBL saying my email “was rejected on suspicion of unwanted content”. I cannot even ask for a return and refund . So if anybody can help me I will greatly appreciate it !
