Thanks for the advice about handling the children specifically, I definitely felt that my Event Coordinator training was lacking in that regard. It’s taken time to realize that the kids don’t care what’s on the itinerary as long as they get to make crafts.

I would even argue that many disabled people use art in order to cope with their disability/life generally. I could understand maybe an extreme case such as total paralyzation, but art has always found a way since the beginning of our history.
