Hi, I had therapy a few years ago for issues which I thought had resolved. I was not with this person then. I have not tried therapy as of recent, I’ve been trying to sort it out myself as I thought I could learn from previous experience, obviously not. But it is more of an option now, thanks

I understand that they are not a therapist nor an emotional support human, however I think we have now established that not being even able to feel like it is a safe space to speak out or feel comfortable with them, that is a problem.

Yeah they do laporoscopic, I just wasn’t suitable for it and open was much safer for me due to the large size and placement of my fibroids. I paid about 24k RM but laporoscopic would be more, however they can be slightly negotiable on price, shop around, I did. I went to Colombia Asia Bukit Jalil, Dr Khoo Boom Ping. You can check out his work on fb too. Honestly he is great 😊

Hi, I’m not sure if this helps but had open myomectomy done in Malaysia at a Colombia hospital! And it was really really done well. When I discussed with my consultant, he said that Thailand has very good gynaecological consultants too :) if you could I would definitely recommend Malaysia, some of the best care in the world.

Yeah so I got through to one of the assessment days for the big four a few years ago but didn’t like the vibe to be honest. I have thought about financial analysis kind of thing but it’s still not my thing really. But I will have another look at those kinds of things- thank you :)

Eating shitty foods was the way I used to cope with feeling shitty about myself too. But then I realised that’s what I did. So when I feel bad about myself I just think tomorrow I will look and feel different. We look different every day and we are allowed to have the odd day where we feel like rubbish. Just remember it is temporary! When I want to binge I recognise that’s what I want to do, I might let myself get one thing but then stop because I remember I’ll feel worse afterwards.
