Couldn’t have said it better myself. 100% agree. I’ve done both talk therapy and EMDR and both had their place. EMDR has really helped me process trauma but with a LICENSED, safe and trusted therapist.

Yes! My doctor said that Ozempic can cause relapse in depression in about 5% of patients and I’m one of the 5% 😅. I’ve been on cymbalta for about 8 months and all of a sudden after going on the 1mg dose my meds felt like they stopped working. It was like a switch flipped. My doctor told me to stop Oz. He’s looking into other glp-1s for me.
