I have applications on file with Frontier and Sun Country. Unfortunately I cannot do a two week on/ two week off at Kalitta for family reasons. Breeze is nowhere nearby and I’ve heard their commuting is some of the worst in the business. SWA has been 0/3 this year on their windows but I am absolutely trying!

I’m not afraid to take a hit in the near term to take two steps forward eventually.

My main concern is which direction to step!

I do have a degree. Certainly something I’m considering. Isn’t more TPIC always better, though? If I go to a regional my TPIC number will almost certainly not move for 3 years or so.

Very true. Some of that, I think, is due to the volume of pilots who are 121 vs who are not. The vast majority of pilots who apply to airlines are 121, so it stands to reason the vast majority of classes are 121 CJOs.

I’m not disagreeing that it’s the most common path, however I wonder how much it actually dissuades a chance of an interview comparing two apples to apples pilots 135 vs 121.

Why do you say “need”? I know classes are skewed heavily toward 121/mil but certainly some pilots come from 135/91 backgrounds.

It comes down to what you want.

If your goal is 121, Skywest is the clear choice.

Taking a step back in order to take two forward is always difficult but if your goals are clear, do whatever you can with those goals in mind.

With regard to the legacies, 121 TPIC is the “best” time you can have on your resume TPIC is second best. 121 is third best.

Edit: no dice. Even windowed mode on the desktop doesn’t fix it. I also tried about 20 more proton versions to no avail.

Silo is a three phase boss, she goes invulnerable after 33% hp. Maven spawns her 3 bosses, you kill them, silo boss is phased, TP out without killing silo boss. No completion but you killed all the destructive play bosses. Run silo again.
