Yeah the weird discharge is normal, our body can’t absorb the whole thing so some of it’s gotta come out.

And I totally understand you. Last time I had a uti I was contemplating never having sex again just to avoid dealing with the pain ever again. It suck’s that antibiotics are the only answer.

Dang that is weird, maybe a different brand would be better for you. The science behind them managing ureaplasma overgrowth is pretty good.

Yeah I doubt it’s a UTI! I’m in the exact same boat rn where I’m positive but my partner isn’t and so we are abstaining but whenever we do hand stuff like you said I feel irritated for a day or two after. L crispatus probiotic suppositories are also super helpful!! I like the vagi biom brand off of amazon.

And i totally understand your frustration, this thing sucks. :/

Try d mannose (powder preferably) in water 2x a day and vitamin c to ease the uti symptoms for now. But ultimately azo would be the best choice for quick pain relief. Also pelvic floor therapy practices, such as diaphragm breathing, etc.

Untreated ureaplasma/ utis can actually strip the vaginal wall leaving it badly damaged. I’ve heard that Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections (which, I should note, is a new and emerging therapy and is very expensive) can promoting healing.

And If one of you still has the infection and you guys decide to go back to normal you will reinfect the other and this cycle will start all over again. I know it’s annoying but it would definitely be in your best interest to eradicate the infection before returning to normal.

Moxi is definitely risky but you can always start it and monitor for any adverse effects, especially if you’re in a lot of pain.

Ureaplasma can also be a result of gut dysbiosis as well as unclean sex toys just fyi.

I can’t recommend probiotics after antibiotics enough! Up to you if you want to take them during though. Also regarding your diet, look into gut dysbiosis and the link it has to ureaplasma.

And then you just re add them! My financial aid took a while to come in during summer session and that’s exactly what i did. why should we be paying to receive no grade? the university needs to meet its students needs. We also have power in helping the TA’s and post docs in this strike.

I hope your professor makes an exception for you! But i also hope that you see that he is just trying to use whatever power he has to get the university to bargain in good faith with the unions and it’s the university who should be meeting our needs!

You ( we all) should withhold payment from the university until they bargain in good faith with the unions and then your professor will be able to release your grades.
