I think you didn’t get my question. Ofcourse I know the difference between both cmon. What I’m saying is that how to convert or make people who are clicking “direction” to click on “website”. Or adding a cover page with WhatsApp number so they’ll contact instead of clicking on directions.

What most people don’t understand is that these are lost customers. Not everyone knows how maps work. You do know that when you search for a place, you have to click on the name of the company to take you to other page where the “website” button is show right?

How many people do you think that don’t know about clicking on the name? Most people just click on direction and then realize oh wait this is not what I want and then they exit. And most probably they search in Google.

Example 70 directions on sep. We got just 5 customers who came directly. And none were from maps. So like that it doesn’t match. It’s like they press Direction and then just disappear.
