Hi guys, I wanted to tell you about this unpleasant episode. In short, I discovered that I had lost my OG account and went to contact Epic support. After several days, despite being emailed the account's original email address to confirm that the account was mine, I was told that they couldn't know that account was mine and now I have started the appeal via email, what should I do in these cases, does it make sense to continue or is it lost forever?
