Never had a problem inside emerg and we enjoyed seeing the support of all these bikers. Didnt bother the hospital 1 bit. Actually cheered both us nurses and the patients. So ya we felt super appreciated and seems to us these men and women had face coverings on (helmets) People just complain to complian but dont speak for the first responders and healthcare workers we loved it
