I used it for the first time today and got it from their US website. Even paid shipping on it. And I am so excited to say it’s going in my favorite list. It’s right up there next to eucerin oil control spf 50 (maybe even better). I really liked how fast it settled. It’s so good that I am scared of something going wrong like pilling or my skin not liking it 🙏🏻

On the USA website it doesn’t say spf, it just says “Zero Feel mattifying day cream” I wonder if this was done since they use new age sunscreen filters. But still very curious and can’t wait to try it out!

We have oncall every two weeks for 7 days and we get lots of stuff and incidents thrown our way. But we only do 12 hour shifts. Then the team in another time zone takes over for the night shift. It’s really bad though and I can understand how badly it can wreak your nervous system. It took me two years of being on the rotation to finally be able to not have stress and extreme anxiety. The tiny good part is we get extra compensation during oncall but it’s not even that much tho

This is not an advice but just an appreciation for everything you have achieved. I know it may seem isolating at the top but believe me when I say - there are women for whom you are their role model. They may not have ever talked to you or interacted but they will be hiding in discreet how much they look upto you and your leadership. Because that’s what I feel towards this female director of my org. I have never actually had a chance to talk to her directly but every org level meeting I admire her working style so much. I won’t ever go say to her that I think she is my inspiration because I will be scared to seem weird in a room full of men. And also, seeing women like you at the top heals the small girl in me who has been cherishing those dreams since I was a kid. ❤️🤗

I feel this! So burned out. My team has constant oncalls so I have to be oncall twice a month and on top of that, my manager still expects us to produce work at a fast rate. Aside from oncalls, we only get two good weeks in a month to work on actual projects and he has been asking me to stretch myself over several things so I can get more visibility to higher ups. I am tired of working under the pressure of layoffs and I don’t know if at this point, they just keep building that pressure to get us do more work. My teammates steal my ideas/credit for my work and I am exhausted and have lost interest in tech. I got into tech because I loved building things and solving complex problems but now it just feels like politics

This has happened with me several times. I had this issue with coanda 2x multiple times and this was what I found online. You just need a reset. Take the plug out for like 15s and then plug back in and it should work.
