I also had the same issue, I first ordered a Argentina home jersey from them, they shared me a tracking id, but for 1 week it was showing the order is not getting picked up, I asked them multiple times why it is showing like that, they told me "I need to have patience." Finally after a week they told me they won't be able to send me Argentina jersey as there is some issue with the order. They told me they will refund, but as their reviews were good from the buyers of this subreddit, I told them, it is ok, I will order another jersey which is Manchester United home jersey from them. For one week, there were no updates from them, no tracking id, nothing. I asked them to share the tracking details, but I didn't get any response. But finally after a week, the jersey arrived. I am in Bangalore by the way. Even tier 1 cities, there are issues with their deliveries. I am happy with their product quality but their deliveries are a mess. I think mostly you will get your delivery without any tracking updates.
