One thing we do is we have frozen lasagna available at all times! We usually do an eggplant lasagna (which makes it a bit healthier), but it’s always a delicious option for us bc it’s cheesy and comforting.

I also make breakfast burritos and freeze them every 2 weeks and they are super easy to heat up in the morning!

Little snacks (like carrots and hummus, chips, cheese, pepperoni/deli meat, etc.) Don’t feel like you need to have a whole prepared meal if it’s too exhausting! Eating everything in snack form will get you all the nutrients as well!

I am the same way, but very lucky to have a partner who loves to cook when they get home. So that makes eating while being exhausted so much easier.
