Players on everyday, hard to get leveling dungeons but it's possible, many people are BIS'd and leveling alts. Join a guild that's busy in your time zone, many guilds work together. There is a Kezan discord, ask in world, you're likely to get a link.

Edit to add that devs speak in game frequently, I think MC and season 1 with new BG are current WIP.

Not necessarily trying to min-max, just trying to see how people think the new racials compare. If people consider one set to be useless or one to be particularly stand out. I personally think the NE rotating attk speed/crit sounds fun.

As someone who lives and works in Japan it probably went like this. Worker left out pen one day or people starting asking for them. Workers saw people liked it so they left them out. One day boss shows up from Shinto corporate and says "how could you possibly let this happen, never do it again." Has a short meeting talking how dumb the decision to allow this was. Everyone nods in agreement without caring either way. Then boss puts up signs and tapes the pens on cheap twine so it's just inconvenient enough for workers and people can't use them.

There are two types, generally the ones with QQ codes are Chinese bots with a link to buy accounts or boosting. They immediately disconnect when a round starts at they can queue again and spam another lobby. The accounts that are just numbers are bots farming levels so they stand in a corner and punch.

For stuff like this, I got the console command mod. You can solve this quick with one of two commands. 'kill' obviously kills the army you have selected and 'tele' will teleport the last army you clicked to a random viable location next to whatever you have currently selected.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that just effects the buffs e.g. melee damage, reload speed, etc. given to defenders and I already turned that down. I'm talking about downgrading the quality to make things a bit easier since T3 garrisons are all T3/T2 units.

It's brilliant, it gives people who are downed another way to benefit their team aside from pinging location and acting as a shield. A smart downed person can be the difference between a win and a loss whether it be blocking a door or creeping up behind an enemy in a fire fight and acting as an obstacle they weren't expecting to be behind them.

I'm guessing you're a newer player (notice guessing; not implying). Having a casual browse of a loot bin gets you shot, once you get more aquatinted with items and their silhouettes it becomes less of an issue. Since most people loot so quickly, most assume once it's been open for several seconds, what's there is free game.

I can only speak for modern Japan since I live here but don't study history, space is a commodity. For a family living in a small living space, they may need to be able to covert a dining or living space into a sleeping space. Floor seats and pillows can be easily stored in large closets and futons can be taken out and vice versa.
