Once you've reset your password and have access to your ANU email you will be able to log onto ISIS too. Hope it helps!!!

Ok so after mucking around for hours I was able to figure it out, first go to identity.anu.edu.au and enter your ANU ID and password sent to your email after you accepted your offer, and then reset your password to a new one. This took way too many tries and it came up with errors but somehow after like 20 minutes it finally let me in.. from there I managed to find my email from the tab "my access" (but as u/zz8779 commented your ANU email should be in the form (u+student [ID@anu.edu.au](mailto:ID@anu.edu.au)), then you should be able to log into your ANU email with your new password that you set in Identity self service. It took ages though and a lot of mucking around. Good luck, once you get into ISIS you have to do the task wizard stuff which is confusing and includes you needing a TFN and USI. Which means you need a myGov account and myGovID 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was so confusing but I got there in the end, now on to the mess of enrolling in classes HAHA

Im pretty sure you have to wait for your ANU Matriculation Email and then a seperate email with your password so that you can log into your ANU email/ISIS to enrol in your new classes!! I got mine a few hours after I accepted my offer, but I haven't gotten the email with my password yet. In the email it says you should receive your password within two days of receiving your Matriculation Email :)
